Pay it Forward
Peter Tuchman is easy to spot with his wild white hair, Hermes ties and animated personality, not to mention the assortment of funky bracelets dangling from his wrists as he walks across the trading floor. He is the only broker to have been cited by the exchange for “excessive jewelry.” The cast of billions recently visited the New York Stock Exchange and recognized him immediately.
But Tuchman’s influence extends far beyond Finance. In 2018 Tuchman curated an art show at the New York Stock Exchange. This experience introduced him to artists such as Todd Gray, Mister E and King Saladeen. As an art collector and investor Tuchman promotes promising young artists and curates shows for the Compound Gallery and World Trade Gallery. Recently, the “Einstein of Wall Street” teamed up with artist Abstractvino to create toys bearing his likeness that will be released soon.
Tuchman lives life with the same enthusiasm and passion he has for art, music, food, jewelry and all things Hermes but his greatest passion in life is for people. Tuchman is a human connector, interested in anyone who crosses his path. After the market closes, you can find Tuchman making friends at art galleries, fashion shows and charity events. He is often spotted speaking to aspiring artists and musicians. Tuchman loves being around high school and college students and encouraging them to follow their dreams. He not only applauds their ambitions, he helps them achieve them.
